Pixelhen Design was originally founded by Naomi and Emma, specialising in quality websites for small businesses. Nowadays, Naomi is at the helm offering not only website builds but a troubleshooting service for anyone with an existing website in need of some TLC.

Troubleshooting - Recent Success Stories
Client - Melbourne Mentoring Club
Problem:
The client has a website built on Wix and came to me with a button that was not linking to the member sign up form - but instead throwing a 404 error. This was causing potential loss of sign ups.
Solution:
Pixelhen Design quickly jumped in and did some investigation into why this was happening. Once the issue/bug was identified, we were able to rebuild the button and correctly link it with the form, so users could easily access the form.

Client - Julia Merkel
Problem:
The client had a website already partially built on Wix and came to me for assistance in tidying it up and adding some extra elements, such as a horizontal menu, blog page, footer and working links to a booking form.
Solution:
Pixelhen Design worked alongside Julia to achieve her requirements.
We were also able to figure out why the booking link in the menu was not working, so Julia's clients could easily book in with her from the website.

Client - Ryley Jewellery Creations
Problem:
The client has an existing website built on Squarespace that was in need of some styling edits in order to rectify some display issues that were causing readability issues.
Solution:
We gave some suggestions for ways we could elevate the overall look and feel of the site and began implementing these - a new 'sticky' header with shrink and fade transparency was added to ensure the user always has access to the menu. Heading line heights were corrected throughout so wording was no longer crowded. White space was removed/added as required and page elements shifted to better align things like lists and buttons.
